Your body will always tell you whether you are moving in the direction that is right for you by the way it feels. It is important to tune into your body each day and listen to what it is telling you. Most people feel a wrenching in their stomach or a tightness in their chest or throat; yet they never stop to ask ‘what am I really feeling right now and what are the changes I want to make today’?

Coaching Tip

The bottom line is… when you feel good, you are on your right path and when you feel bad it is an indication that you are either living with resistance, fear or trying to control everything in life. Practice tuning into your body (start right now) by asking ‘how am I feeling about what I am doing right now’?

Get to know the difference between habitual negative thinking and change this to positive supportive thoughts; or whether you are truly doing something just to please others all the time. Your body will tell you everytime.

Today’s Inspiration

Are you waiting for that extra time to get a particular job done? Decide today to stop procrastinating
and especially stop waiting for that “extra time” to appear because it never will. Just begin whatever
you have been putting off and feel the release of pressure in your mind and your body automatically
open up for you. Notice how extra time and energy opens up for you with ease and flow.

Coaching Tip

How often do you find yourself putting off things because they seem like a heavy burden to tackle that just keeps adding more stress to your way of life. Surprisingly, my experience every time I make the time to get started, just how much better I do feel with a huge sigh of relief. The biggest realisation is that it never is as big a job as what I thought it would be in the first place.

How about you? What project do you need to act on sooner rather than later? Do not procrastinate any longer. You’ll be surprised at how easy it actually is and how good it will feel in getting it done! Decide today to be ‘the creator’ instead of ‘the procrastinator’.

True happiness and fulfilment in life occurs when you have the courage to trut your instincts and act on what your inner knowing is telling you. This is when you are truly Living in your Flow with life showing up in such a way where you begin to see the ideal opportunities appearing right beofre your very eyes without the struggle.

Coaching Tip

If you are the type of person who lives life trying to ‘get it right’, ‘comparing yourself to others’ or ‘too busy being busy’, then you will never give yourself a chance to Live in your Flow because you are emeshed in other people’s flow – it’s not your flow.

Begin today to trust your instincts and inner knowing ‘one small step at a time’ to act on what you already know is your flow. This will develop and evolve into your whole life giving you natural peace, happiness and fulfilment. It can be that simple if you practice ‘with patience’ over time.

The Art of Letting Go

Today’s Inspiration

If you have a goal that you are moving towards achieving and you notice that no matter how much time, energy and money you put into it…you are feeling exhausted and frustrated wondering when it is all going to happen; then the best thing to do is quite the opposite to your natural way of pushing harder which is to practice ‘letting go’.

Coaching Tip

I don’t know about you, but my natural way is to try harder and push harder whenever I am focused on a goal that is not fully actualised. My life journey has been to practice ‘letting go’ from the push and the drive and do it all differently. I thought that ‘letting go’ meant resignation which is just not in my nature, no matter how much it might go against me. When I learnt about just how much more powerful outside results are… when I also do the inner work.

The inner work of ‘letting go’ means to hold on to the feelings of the desired end result you want (notice I said feelings) making sure it is for the good of all – win/win. Then act as though you already have the win/win result.

Most people are unconsciously moving through life with much stress wondering why they are not achieving their desired results with fulfillment in life. If you want better relationships, then you need to focus on what it would feel like and look like to have your desired relationships in your life right now. Yes, you need to become that person yourself. Acknowledge all those relationships you already have in your life and check in to see if you are having the kind of relationship you desire within yourself.
