Today’s Inspiration
When you are relationship focussed you will always feel inner fulfilment with desired results occurring even better than what you ever imagined. When you are results driven predominantly focussed on the end result; you will continually feel like it is never enough and you will find yourself getting exhausted, not enjoying your journey.
Coaching Tip
True success always comes from focussing on developing relationships whether this is in a marraiage, with clients, family and friends etc. it is all the same. Meaning, whatever you appreciate and spend time nurturing will always appreciate in value. Friendships are developed with a sense of belonging, clients refer you because they know, like and trust you with your business opening up for growth and profitable expansion, marriages become more loving and intimate, children develop with more peace and love on the inside helping their stages of growth. Which areas of your life do you know you want to spend more time developing your relationships for more enjoyment, connection and
success in your life and your business?

Your Next Steps

Today’s Inspiration
Every little step you take will always add up to the progress inside your vision, project or desired
goal. Stop thinking in forms of ‘I have to do it all Perfect Now, otherwise I won’t start it’. Just take the first step, then the next, then the next…Stay in a state of belief, hope and faith as you trust in taking your next steps.
Coaching Tip
Sound familiar! I have just had an ah ha! moment. You know the time when a light bulb goes off inside of you when you catch yourself doing something. (Yes, I too learn as I go and will never proclaim to have it all together because that will be the day I stop learning.) The distinction between ‘Understanding and Knowing’ what you want to Do and actually ‘Living the Experience’ are two really different end results showing up in life. Especially when I have a lot of projects on the go at any one time, it is so easy to get enmeshed and caught up in the overwhelming thoughts of ‘how am I going to get all this done’ and feelings of not getting anything done.
The truth is you are actually accomplishing and your feelings and thoughts are clouding you from seeing your results because you are not staying in the moment and keeping your mind focused on what you have chosen to do. Remain 100% present in each moment and acknowledge what you have achieved and plan for what’s next. You will enjoy the journey much more with less stress.

Making your Right Decisions

Today’s Inspiration
Have you ever found yourself trying really hard to make a decision with all your options rolling around in your head? I certainly have…only to find it driving me crazy with no clear decision coming to me. Clarity only occurs when you begin your decision making at a heart level first, then once the decision is made, your intuitive knowing and head resources will support you in achieving it.
Coaching Tip
Yes this takes practice with a truckload of trust because we were not taught this stuff at school. This seems to be the subject for the week inside many of my coaching conversations of following your heart. If you find yourself stuck in making a decision you can ask yourself three questions. 1. What do I think about this……? 2. What do I feel about this……? 3. What do I know about this…….? You will generally find your real knowing decision is inside the answer to these questions.

Develop the 7 Top Qualities of Self-Leadership
September 21, 2009 by Annette
Let’s talk about Leadership and more importantly what Leadership Success is truly all about. I proclaim that we are all leaders in our own life and business and when I approach this subject with my clients, the perception of what Leadership truly is, is varied and wide. Most of all, the areas of Leadership that seems to be overlooked which is very powerful and that is ’ Leadership from the Inside- Out’. I call it Self-Leadership. Self-leadership is all about you knowing yourself well enough with a strong personal and professional foundation, so much so, that others are affected just by who you are ‘Being. Have you ever met someone and before you have even spoken to that person, you just know there is something about them that seems magical and impressive. This is called ’having a presence’. That’s what I am talking about here which is what this article is all about and how to Develop the 7 Top Qualities of Self-Leadership.
- Self-Direction
Leaders all have the developed trait of self-direction. They have created a game plan for their life. They set goals based on their values and consistently work towards them until they are achieved. Identify what your self-direction is and create a plan on how to achieve it.
- Self-Management
Leaders ‘make’ it happen. Setting up systems in your personal and professional life to support you in achieving your goals. Self-Management gives you energy and determination in making things happen. Learn ways to manage yourself, especially when challenges arise.
- Self-Awareness
Leaders display a positive self-awareness. They know themselves very well – their strengths and weaknesses. They are more tuned into others around them and intuitively tune-on much quicker than others around. Develop ways to become more aware in the hustle and bustle of everyday activities.
- Self-Discipline
Leaders practice self-discipline. You will never get to where you want to go in life if you do not have self-discipline. Identify what’s holding you back from being self-disciplined and how to break through the blockages of moving forward.
- Self-Image
Leaders see themselves as winners – they act like winners. They use images with pictures, feelings and words according to the roles they want to play. What you see for yourself is what you attract and what you feel within yourself is who you are. Identify how you see yourself and how you truly feel about yourself. Develop ways to create the leadership self-image.
- Self-Confidence
Leaders have developed a strong self-confidence – they weren’t necessarily born with these good feelings. With practice they have learnt to like themselves and deep down inside they have a feeling of their own worth. Positive self-talk is the key to positive self-confidence. Become conscious about what your self-talk is saying to you all day, every day and how you can develop your self-confidence.
- Self-Expectancy
Leaders have a positive self-expectancy enabling them to be better prepared for opportunities. Be aware of what you expect in life because you will always attract what you expect. Develop ways to manage and prepare yourself through self-expectancy.
