Living life utilising your own unique strengths will give you the success, the happiness, the health and the wealth you are looking for in life. Stop waiting for the so called ‘big break’ to happen to you.
Begin to identify what you are good at and what you enjoy doing in your work life and your personal life. Start to build a bridge from where you are in your life today and activate how you truly want to live.
Coaching Tip
Where you start to look is to keep a notepad in your pocket or in your bag and notice whatever you are doing with your time. Write down the activity and check in with your feelings as to whether you enjoy doing this particular activity or whether you are doing this activity because of a habit.
The things you notice you enjoy doing are your unique strengths. Make sure these activities are a part of your business life and your personal life so that you stop the drainage of energy and regain passion and focus in your whole life.
