Space for Life Changing Decisions

Today’s Inspiration

There may be times in your life when you find yourself facing a heartfelt life changing decision. To make this decision space is required to truly listen to your inner most thoughts and feelings. Even the smallest of space can support you in your decision making. The challenge is to trust, listen and act on whatever this sacred space you have given yourself is telling you to do.

Coaching Tip

I have personally been creating space for myself over the past month to allow a life changing decision close to my heart naturally flow through me. This came about because I was trying to make a decision and the answers were not coming to me. Because of this I felt like I was putting myself under so much pressure which felt quite painful. To give myself full permission to engage in this space, I needed to surrender into my natural body flow in each moment instead of pushing my routine way of life.

As an inspirational writer, I found myself challenged because the very things which came naturally to me inside my writing was not in a state of flow. My motto in life is ‘if it is not flowing – then it is not divine time’. I had to trust whatever needed to be placed on hold right now was all divine – and if it was meant to be – then it would return naturally. Yes, my decision has naturally come to me through my state of flow giving me peace of mind, body and soul.

I would like to invite you to create space for yourself in some small way so that you can practice your flowing way of life. Notice what naturally comes to the surface bringing you more joy, clarity and happiness in your life.

Stop future thinking living and begin to look at what truly makes you happy today. Have the best of both worlds by doing those things which bring you joy today whilst expanding on your vision.

Coaching Tip

True happiness is an inside job alone. True happiness is not about having a goal and thinking that you will then be happy and successful once you have achieved your goal. It is human nature to desire more things in life – just do not think that the more you get, the more you will be happy as this is a myth can can easily swallow you up and avoiding you from living your life with fulfilment. Be happy by doing those things which bring you joy and fulfilment at the same time as moving towards your aspired vision and goals. You will then be living the best of both worlds.

How often do you find yourself comparing your life to others. Noticing how they are doing things, going places, meeting people and you catch yourself thinking that you need to do the same. Next time you notice this; check into your heart’s vision and make sure that you make your decisions staying in alignment with your life purpose and passion.
