Do you find yourself automatically saying ‘Yes’, when you know you really need to say ‘No’. Not wanting to upset staff, clients, family, friends etc. with the desire of wanting more acceptance in your life; only to find that in the end you let yourself down every time placing more stress on your body and your mind. Being true to you will accelerate your own success at a heart level every time.
Coaching Tip
If you are having problems with managing your time and not achieving your highest priorities throughout your day, then definitely have a good look at what you are saying ‘Yes’ to and how you are setting up your time schedule. If you are already known as ‘the yes person’, then you need to assertively take charge and make the necessary changes you know you want to make to stay on your true path to achieve your desired vision.

Self-Care is the most nurturing and the most effective healing process to living the life you were born
to live with mind-body-soul connection. Yes, you have permission to do something nurturing for
yourself today, and every other day, so that you can be the best person you can possibly ‘BE’ . It is in
who you are BEING that attracts loving relationships, work success, wealth, health and happiness.
Coaching Tip
This conversation would have to be the most challenging for many of my clients because they feel selfish or even guilty about taking time out for themselves each day. The only real time they get to take ‘time out’ is if they book a holiday or if they are forced through illness or by even catching a cold. This is always a signal that you are not living your life in alignment with your truth and possibly trying to compare yourself too much to others and how they are living their life.
It takes so much more energy and strain on your mind-body-soul when acting like you have it all together – so I am giving you full permission today to let go of the person you think you have to be to succeed and begin to BE true to yourself each day. If you continue to follow your own path and trust this by taking flowing consistent actions with inner peace and knowing, then you will definitely create a life of purpose, prosperity, abundance and loving fulfilment in so many ways.

Expect the best by visualizing your desired day in advance. See yourself moving through your day with ease and flow. See yourself being the confident person you desire to be. See yourself being organized and getting the children off to school with calmness. See yourself enjoying your choice of exercise. See yourself winning that contract to boost your business or career path.
Yes, this is a conscious action that needs to be remembered; so when you feel yourself off your path, take 3 deep breaths and move back into expecting the best.

Your fears are a natural part of you which will always guide you to live your true potential. When you gently face your fears and take responsible actions, your fears will become your friend which will always move you towards living a life you love with a natural flow of ongoing success and fulfilment.
By observing your fears, instead of drowning inside them, you will hear your knowing next steps.
Coaching Tip
One of the most common fears I hear my clients talk about is their fear of not succeeding or not having enough money. Most of the time, they both go hand in hand. Let’s talk about Money in this case and how to breakthrough this fear.
There are 3 steps : 1. Challenge your current beliefs around money…. 2. Create new and supportive beliefs based on your values with money… 3. Take responsible action in the physical management of your money each week.
Begin today to take small steps in creating a relationship with money so that you can move forward with consistency. Remember “Rome was not built in a day” and I definitely had to learn patience around this one personally because money beliefs tend to uncover deep emotions. With patience and consistent action you will breakthrough this.

I cannot tell you how often I hear clients say to me…”I need to get back to basics”! If you continually keep hearing yourself say this, then I want you to know that you are not alone. The basics ‘IS’ the rocks and mortar of your foundation and if you do not have these steps in place automatically, then you will continually feel like you are not standing on solid ground and at times feeling pretty rocky. For peace of mind, heart and inner confidence, hold on to your basics every day.
Coaching Tip
Back to basics generally means bringing back into your life the simple things that you know create happiness from the inside out for yourself eg. Exercise, positive statements, a clear environment to work in and live in, quality family time, setting up simple life style and business style systems, set boundaries for yourself and practice saying No, give yourself plenty of mental space and physical space to bring the basics back that are important to you.
Remember that it is in the Ordinary that you create an Extraordinary Life. What this means is that every little step you take each day is the making of your desired bigger lifestyle picture.

If you are struggling to attract more money (or more of anything in your life), notice just how much you may be thinking about, and worrying about the very thing you say you want with feelings of lack because of not having it in your life yet! You just cannot want for more money on one hand, and feel the lack of not having it on the other hand; with the hope of receiving more – it just does not work that way.
Coaching Tip
The easiest and most soul-satisfying way of attracting more money and other things in your life that are important to you is through acknowledging what you do have right hear and right now. There is an art to this with a 2 step process which absolutely works that most people do not know about.
- As soon as your eyes open in the morning begin to thank everyone and everything in your life that is important to you with heart, enthusiasm and acceptance as you are getting ready for your day. If you can do this whilst you are exercising, then that is even more powerful because you are raising your energy levels which will create a higher vibration.
- At the end of each day, thank everyone you met, everything you did during your day and all the events that occurred looking for the opportunities and amazing learning experiences. Yes, even the things that did not turn out the way you were hoping!
Enjoy having an attitude of gratitude mindset for life.

*Heart to Heart* for Effective Communication

Your relationships in life will be much more harmonious, with you always being heard (and gotten), when you use ‘Heart to Heart’ communications. This is when you commit to speaking from your heart into another person’s heart maintaining a neutral tone of voice coming from love and respect for yourself and the other person. Stay in your heart and create deeper and fulfilling relationships today.
Coaching Tip
Practice today communicating from your heart focussing on a win/win outcome. Remember, the most effective way to create harmony and change is to stay calm in your tone of voice, breath, and speak from your heart – not your head. When you get uptight, just know that you are going into your head and that is your indication to bite your tongue, breath (this will give you the space to go into your heart), then speak calmly and assertively. When communicating ‘Head to Head’, it is easy to blurt out something that you can never take back. By the way when you say something hurtful to someone, did you know that you hurt yourself first!
Yes, it takes practice if you are someone like I was always coming from a defensive and reactive attitude. Be patient with yourself and others.

What Are You Chasing In Life?

Are you living your life chasing something only to find it keeps getting further away from you? Stop chasing today and begin to be present as to where you already have what you are supposedly chasing in your life. The day you become fully present to where it already exists in your life, is the day you will instantly close the gap to manifesting whatever you desire in your life without all the stress.
Coaching Tip
For example: if you want more money in your life, then love and appreciate what you currently have with feelings of abundance. If you want an ideal relationship, then love and appreciate the relationships you already have and what you most enjoy about having these in your life. If you keep focussing on what you do not have, that is what you will continue to achieve. This will become your life habit which is a self-sabotage technique – this can be changed.
Yes, I know it goes against the norm because we are mostly brought up to believe that we have to ‘go after’ whatever we want, but what we are not taught is the inner work. When the inner work is combined, then the outer work will be effortless knowing you already have it in your life. Begin today to practice the art of gratitude knowing that the universal laws state that you will not achieve what you do not already have in your life.
