Before you step any further into the year, make sure you have written down your heart’s vision and goals including all 5 pillars to Life Success.
These are:
1. Personal Success…include what type of relationship you desire to have with yourself and others;
2. Career Success…include exactly what you are most passionate about inside your chosen working path;
3. Wellness Success…include specific ways you want to look after your heath, fitness and energy levels;
4. Self-Leadership Success…include desired ways you wish to change your habits and getting more organised in
your whole life.
5. Financial Success…include creating new ways of managing your money, breakthrough money mindset beliefs
so that you can easily attract your heart’s vision.

The Key To Having More Time and Less Stress

Do you find yourself automatically saying ‘Yes’, when you know you really need to say ‘No’. Not
wanting to upset staff, clients, family, friends etc. with the desire of wanting more acceptance in your life; only to find that in the end you let yourself down every time placing more stress on your body and your mind. Being true to you will accelerate your own success at a heart level every time.
Coaching Tip
If you are having problems with managing your time and not achieving your highest priorities throughout your day, then definitely have a good look at what you are saying ‘Yes’ to and how you are setting up your time schedule. If you are already known as ‘the yes person’, then you need to assertively take charge and make the necessary changes you know you want to make to stay on your true path to achieve your desired vision.

Take That First Step: More Energy and Enthusiasm

How often do you find yourself pleasantly surprised when you finally take that first step just how much extra energy and enthusiasm you gain which propels you into feeling inspired to take the next steps from there? It always amazes me how the energy increases ten fold when finally taking an inspired action that you may have been pondering over for quite some time.
Coaching Tip
How often have you heard yourself saying… “Why didn’t I just do it in the first place without all that worry and concern?” I can certainly relate to this one when I finally take an action that you have been wanting to take for some time. The next time you find yourself pondering or procrastinating over an action you know you want to take, make a decision what the first step is and when you are going to do it.
By the way, there is NO Right Step – trust your intuition and take the step which feels right for you at that time. You will be surprised just how much you will achieve when you live by the model … ‘Decision + Action = Results’.

Are You Caught Up In The Reaction Cycle?

Are you stuck on the neverending treadmill of reacting to circumstances, people, emails, phone calls, the long to do list etc. wondering how on earth will you ever get a break in the cycle? Commit today to make the change for the better by setting up your day in a proactive and productive manner instead of being reactive. You can start by combining those things which you enjoy doing and those things which need to be done inside your day in order to maintain a healthy soul-satisfying balance.
Coaching Tip
If you do not manage your time, then time will manage you. Begin to design your day by diarising your priorities inside an allocated time and date which you know you want to achieve against realistic time frames. Practice being fully present by focusing in on one action at a time following your diary. Set up clear boundaries so that you do not allow unexpected interruptions to step into your prioritized actions.
Begin today to be your own best friend and support your own success by valuing your time including everything that is of value to you and your success.

How often do you live in the present moment? Or do you notice that you live in the past? Or does the ‘yet to happen’ future fill up your thoughts every moment of the day, while life is passing you by? If you want to live the fullness of life with natural energy today, then practice being 100% present in the moment with everything you are doing and everyone you come in contact with.
Coaching Tip
Remembering to live in the present moment can be easier said than done. It takes a conscious practice to remind yourself throughout the day to observe whether you are in the ‘here and now’, or if you are focused on your future goals or caught up in reliving your past. Success is always captivated with fulfilment when you are living in the present moment. Give yourself, and others, the gift of being fully present today.

Stuck in a Rut! How to Change Your Future

Living life utilising your unique strengths will give you the success, the happiness, the health and the wealth you are looking for in life. Stop waiting for the so called ‘big break’ to happen to you. Begin to identify what you are good at and what you enjoy doing in your work life and your personal life. Start to build a bridge from where you are today and activate how you truly want to live.
Coaching Tip
Where you start to look is to keep a notepad in your pocket or in your bag and notice whatever you are doing with your time. Write down the activity and check in with your feelings as to whether you enjoy doing this particular activity or whether you are doing this activity because of a habit. The things you notice you enjoy doing are your unique strengths. Make sure these activities are a part of your business life and your personal life so that you stop the drainage of energy and regain passion and focus in your whole life.

The Night Before

When you plan your day ahead – the night before – you are more likely to create a flow of achievement throughout your day. The reason for this is because you program yourself through conscious planning taking this into your dream state whilst sleeping. You will wake up naturally stepping into your day with clarity and confidence knowing exactly that you have consciously set up your day for flowing success.
Coaching Tip
Yes, I know there can be unexpected things show up inside your day especially if you have children to get to school, or staff who need training, or lots of phone calls to return etc. When you practice preparing your day – the night before – you will be amazed over time just how much the universe will re-arrange things to support your day. Decide today to practice planning your day ‘the night before’ and notice the new flow occurring throughout your day.

Trust Your Intuition

When you follow your intuitive vision each day, it is then that you will live your life with more flow
knowing that you are listening and taking actions according to your real self; not that part of you
who tells you what you should be doing to get ahead in life.
Coaching Tip
Your intuitive vision is made up of those nudges that keep cropping up for you in ways of senses and deeper feelings of knowing. Those hunches, words and images of real desire telling you to do something different, or bringing something new into your life, or even the desire of changing old habits that do not support your journey today. The main part of this is to listen to that part of you who knows there is more to you and your life with a deep knowing it is time to start being that person.
Begin today with those things you know you can do differently and take action trusting your own intuitive vision; even if you cannot see all the steps in front of you, just begin to take small steps each day and you will begin to see changes for the better in your life.
