If you do not have a clear vision inside your day, then you will easily find yourself reacting and wasting time with the feeling of not being productive – also knowing that you are not living your vision can be frustrating causing lack of natural self motivation. There are times where you may be feeling at a loss or noticing that things just are not running smoothly leaving you feeling no clear direction in life. Notice what you are focussing on. It is easy to fall into the habit of focussing on what is not working and to not even see those things that are working. To live with a clear direction in life is to focus on taking simple steps in the important areas to you and acknowledge every little step you take.

Coaching Tip

Your mind can play tricks on you and sabotage your clear direction in life. I remember how my mind would complex life and make it harder than what it truly was. This became a non-supportive habit which I decided to change using 3 steps.

1. I placed a sign up in my office as a reminder which said “Keep It Simple Annette”.

2. I committed to simplify everything in my life and to catch myself whenever I made it harder than it truly was.

3. To remain focussed on what is important to me and to acknowledge what is working in my life each day.

Everyday there are clues to your success. Whether you are in your flow or in a state of frustration; both are indicators to what real success IS to you. Yes, believe it or not…even if you are having a frustrating day your mind and body are being guided to take new actions. Begin to take notice of what your flow and frustrations are attempting to draw your attention towards so that you can steer in the direction of your fulfilling life success.

Coaching Tip

Become conscious as to the feeling of being in your flow or your frustration as you move throughout your day. Know that both are paramount to listen to, especially not to make your frustrations wrong as they are trying to steer you in the right direction for you – if you listen to it.

As you check in with your flow and/or your frustrations throughout the day; you may find yourself arriving early to work or noticing the rush in getting the children to school or the staff member not being accountable or the surprise phone call from your partner or the unexpected gas bill. Remember, both your flow and your frustrations are telling you to take new actions – are you listening and acting on Your Clues to Life Success?

Do you notice how when you get to the end of each day, month or year, you may feel exhausted and/or frustrated about not living the life you say you want to be living. Well the only way to do this is to check in regularly with what I call ‘The 3 R’s’ – Relax, Reflect and Rejuvenate.

No, this does not mean go on holiday hoping that things will get better, it means that whilst you may be relaxing ask yourself some important questions like (and write down your answers) … How am I feeling about my everyday life?, Are my actions in alignment with how I say I want to live my life? Am I happy with what I am doing and my results?  What would I like to do more off? Am I being the person I truly want to be? Do I communicate openly and honestly with people around me? In what ways do I know I am sabotaging what I want?

These questions will help you get clear about who you are being, what you are doing and how you are going in achieving what you say you want in life. If you do not ask these questions, then you will always feel like life is dragging you along with exhaustion. Begin the Conscious Change Today!

I use to think that I could only live my desired lifestyle when I retired with enough money and time. Today I

Set up a conscious life style plan and begin to put those things in place on a daily, weekly, monthly and

You will find time opens up for you when de-compartmentalising your daily actions into chunks of time. Your job is to practice the art of being fully present so that you can focus on the one thing you have allocated for yourself in this very moment.

Real accomplishments occur when you are in your flow of presence. If you find yourself being in overwhelm around time or feeling like there is never enough time in your life, then notice where your head talk goes around time. You may have heard about living in the present moment or Being in the Now! With the fast pace of life today it can be challenging to remember to Be Present to this very moment. When you take on a practice of being consciously present as best you can throughout your day, that is when your fast pace of life will begin to slow down so that you can get a chance to catch up and enjoy the journey.

My clients often ask me the question “How do I remember to Be Present”? A great tool to use as a physical reminder is to Be Wherever Your Hands Are Right Here and Now.

Take a moment to look at your hands and ask yourself “Where am I in body and mind right now?  “What am I doing in this very moment?” Get really conscious about if your mind and your body are connected with what you are doing right now. Living with mind, body and soul connection by being present will give you the true success, fulfilment and happiness you are chasing in life.
