One of the most precious assets you have is ‘Time’. How is your time being spent? A system is simply the way you choose to spend your time. You can either be organized or be in a state of busy flurry. If you want to be more organized the easiest way is to create simple systems for everything you want to spend your time doing in your personal life and your business life for success.

Coaching Tip

If you would much prefer to be living in a state of flowing action; where to start is to write down what you are spending your time doing throughout your day. Then add those things you know you want to spend more time doing. When applying simple systems (routine) for everything that is important to you in your personal life and your business life, you will become much more organised so that you can live a fulfilling personal life and business life.

Time To Rejuvenate Your Batteries

Today’s Inspiration

Are you the type of person who is continually on the treadmill of working harder, even when you know your body is craving for time off to rejuvenate your batteries with your mind looking for the switch off button? You will achieve better results by taking shorter time-out breaks for your mind and your body on a regular basis, rather than continuing to run on that treadmill until you drop.

Coaching Tip

Take a moment right now to do what I call ‘check-in time’ to listen to your body, and your mind, as to what you most need right now so that you can continually flow on all cylinders. Instead of thinking “I just need to make it until Xmas, then I can have a break”, especially if you know this is overdue.

Decide today to take a day or two just for you to switch off. If this seems difficult for you to manage, then start with half a day and expand from there. It all begins with you giving yourself permission to do things differently and this starts by listening to your body. Your results will be much bigger and better in the long run when you set up regular short breaks of rejuvenation.

Become Your Own Best Friend

Today’s Inspiration

The day you become your own best friend and begin to support yourself in a nurturing way, no matter what, is the day your life will begin to flow for you. Generally we are very hard on ourselves allowing our doubting thoughts to control our life. This is a unconscious sabotage technique which will keep you stuck in life, with your desired results seeming further and further out of reach. Life will continue to show up the same way until you practice becoming your own best friend.

Coaching Tip

The practice of being your own best friend is easier said than done because of your unconscious habits. So the first step is to become conscious about the way you speak to yourself, especially if things are not going to plan. You wouldn’t speak to a 3 year child in a negative way if they were ‘having a go’ at something new – you would encourage that little child, wouldn’t you! So this is where you start – to speak to yourself in an encouraging and supportive way throughout your day.

From my own personal experience I have been practicing this tool every day for many years and it has helped me enormously in becoming my own best friend supporting every area of my life; taking me from the emotional roller coaster to now living in my natural flow.

Notice whether you are waiting to See it before you Believe it will happen in your life. It actually works the other way around – Believe it and then you will See it in your life. All achievements begin with what you believe, feel and see from the inside first. Practice believing in yourself, holding onto your desired vision, and your inspiration will guide you with the right actions to take for its manifestation.

Your Clues to Life Success

Today’s Inspiration

Everyday there are clues to your success. Whether you are in your flow or in a state of frustration; both are indicators to what real success IS to you. Yes, believe it or not…even if you are having a frustrating day your mind and body are being guided to take new actions. Begin to take notice of what your flow and frustrations are attempting to draw your attention towards so that you can steer in the direction of your fulfilling life success.

Coaching Tip

Become conscious as to the feeling of being in your flow or your frustration as you move throughout your day. Know that both are paramount to listen to, especially not to make your frustrations wrong as they are trying to steer you in the right direction for you – if you listen to it.

As you check in with your flow and/or your frustrations throughout the day; you may find yourself arriving early to work or noticing the rush in getting the children to school or the staff member not being accountable or the surprise phone call from your partner or the unexpected gas bill. Remember, both your flow and your frustrations are telling you to take new actions – are you listening and acting on Your Clues to Life Success?

Taking time off to Relax, Reflect and Rejuvenate is an essential key to your success and living the life you say you desire. Without this you will stagnate your own free-flow in actualising your vision. So go ahead and book in time today for your year ahead to Relax, Reflect and Rejuvenate to achieve your most fulfilling results in life.

Coaching Tip

Do you notice how when you get to the end of each day, month or year, you may feel exhausted and/or frustrated about not living the life you say you want to be living. Well the only way to do this is to check in regularly with what I call ‘The 3 R’s’ – Relax, Reflect and Rejuvenate.

No, this does not mean go on holiday hoping that things will get better, it means that whilst you may be relaxing ask yourself some important questions like (and write down your answers) … How am I feeling about my everyday life?, Are my actions in alignment with how I say I want to live my life? Am I happy with what I am doing and my results? What would I like to do more off? Am I being the person I truly want to be? Do I communicate openly and honestly with people around me? In what ways do I know I am sabotaging what I want?

These questions will help you get clear about who you are being, what you are doing and how you are going in achieving what you say you want in life. If you do not ask these questions, then you will always feel like life is dragging you along with exhaustion. Begin the Conscious Change Today!

Are you living your ‘life style’ every day from your heart or are you dreaming of your lifestyle as a future
thing that will happen when you ‘have enough money, time, energy’? True wealth is how you choose to
set up your day bringing in everything that is important to you according to your heart values. Set up the
‘life style’ that suits you and the important people in your life.

Coaching Tip

I use to think that I could only live my desired lifestyle when I retired with enough money and time. Today I
know it has nothing to do with these things. Sure money and time are important; yet what is more important
is how you spend your time. It is all about knowing who you are and what is important to you, then making
sure you create the ‘style of life’ spending time doing those things.

Set up a conscious life style plan and begin to put those things in place on a daily, weekly, monthly and
yearly basis. My experience is, it is always the simple things in life that are the most desired each day
which create success, contentment, fulfilment wealth and inner peace. This is your true wealth and success.

With modern technology choices today, life seems to be speeding up. The challenge most of us have today is trying to maintain any form of balance between juggling work, family, health, finances etc. because a lot of time is being spent utilising different forms of technology. Yes, it is important, yet not to the degree of it taking over your time and your life. Choose today to check your emails 2-3 times only each day and notice how much more time you will have for those things you keep pushing aside.

Better Communication for Loving Relationships

Today’s Inspiration

Your relationships in life will be much more harmonious, with you always being heard (and gotten),
when you use ‘Heart to Heart’ communications. This is when you commit to speaking from your heart
into another person’s heart maintaining a neutral tone of voice coming from love and respect for yourself and the other person. Stay in your heart and create deeper and fulfilling relationships today.

Coaching Tip

Practice today communicating from your heart focussing on a win/win outcome. Remember, the most effective way to create harmony and change is to stay calm in your tone of voice, breath, and speak from your heart – not your head.

When you get uptight, just know that you are going into your head and that is your indication to bite your tongue, breath (this will give you the space to go into your heart), then speak calmly and assertively. When communicating ‘Head to Head’, it is easy to blurt out something that you can never take back. By the way when you say something hurtful to someone, did you know that you hurt yourself first!

Yes, it takes practice if you are someone like I was always coming from a defensive and reactive attitude. Be patient with yourself and others.
