When you create a relationship with money in a positive light and think of it as ‘being of valuable service’ helping others to improve their way of life; that is when you will begin to attract the financial abundance your heart truly desires. Change your beliefs around money and you will expand and grow your lifestyle and business.
Coaching Tip
I often hear clients say that they are sabotaging their own financial success due to an old belief. They are feeling frustrated because they are putting in a lot of time, energy and money on building relationships in business and not reaping the financial rewards. If you are noticing yourself repelling the profits you so desire in your business, then begin to change your way of thinking around money.
Start to see money as an energy source that you are receiving because you have made a difference to the life of another person by giving a valuable service. The value for this life changing service is in the form of money being exchanged. Allow youself to receive unlimited abundance by fixing your focus on how many people you have built valuable relationships with.

Become Your Own Best Friend

Today’s Inspiration
The day you become your own best friend and begin to support yourself in a nurturing way, no matter what, is the day your life will begin to flow for you. Generally we are very hard on ourselves allowing our doubting thoughts to control our life. This is a unconscious sabotage technique which will keep you stuck in life, with your desired results seeming further and further out of reach. Life will continue to show up the same way until you practice becoming your own best friend.
Coaching Tip
The practice of being your own best friend is easier said than done because of your unconscious habits. So the first step is to become conscious about the way you speak to yourself, especially if things are not going to plan. You wouldn’t speak to a 3 year child in a negative way if they were ‘having a go’ at something new – you would encourage that little child, wouldn’t you! So this is where you start – to speak to yourself in an encouraging and supportive way throughout your day.
From my own personal experience I have been practicing this tool every day for many years and it has helped me enormously in becoming my own best friend supporting every area of my life; taking me from the emotional roller coaster to now living in my natural flow.

promoting, marketing, seducing, controlling or manipulating.

Actions to Develop your Attraction
- Create a strong vision of what you truly desire
- Set strong personal and professional boundaries
- Live your life with integrity
- Create a reserve of time, space, energy and money
- Take extreme self-care and invest in yourself
- Live in the present and act on what is important first
- Identify what you are ‘putting up with’ and clean them up NOW
- Acknowledge yourself for every little step you take
- Create a ‘done list’ - instead of a ‘to do list’
- Add value for the joy of it
- Acknowledge others around you
- Find what you love doing and ‘live to work’ – not ‘work to live’

The Night Before

When you plan your day ahead – the night before – you are more likely to create a flow of achievement throughout your day. The reason for this is because you program yourself through conscious planning taking this into your dream state whilst sleeping. You will wake up naturally stepping into your day with clarity and confidence knowing exactly that you have consciously set up your day for flowing success.
Coaching Tip
Yes, I know there can be unexpected things show up inside your day especially if you have children to get to school, or staff who need training, or lots of phone calls to return etc. When you practice preparing your day – the night before – you will be amazed over time just how much the universe will re-arrange things to support your day. Decide today to practice planning your day ‘the night before’ and notice the new flow occurring throughout your day.

Turning your Heart’s Vision into Reality

True life fulfillment occurs when you hold onto your heart’s vision whilst taking inspired actions everyday with trust – even if the results are not showing up immediately. Be patient with yourself and look for any form of evidence with gratitude.

Hold onto your greatest and highest vision no matter what. True success and fulfillment only occurs when you continue to take actions towards achieving what you say you want and looking at whatever challenges you may face along your journey as learning insights about yourself and your beliefs. When you do this you will always identify what is working for you and what is not working for you which will help you to find better ways of doing things. So no matter what – always hold onto your heart’s vision and continue to take the actions that most inspire you. The Art of Letting Go

If you have a goal that you are moving towards achieving and you notice that no matter how much time, energy and money you put into it…you are feeling exhausted and frustrated wondering when it is all going to happen; then the best thing to do is quite the opposite to your natural way of pushing harder which is to practice ‘letting go’.
Coaching Tip
I don’t know about you, but my natural way is to try harder and push harder whenever I am focused on a goal that is not fully actualised. My life journey has been to practice ‘letting go’ from the push and the drive and do it all differently. I thought that ‘letting go’ meant resignation which is just not in my nature, no matter how much it might go against me. When I learnt about just how much more powerful outside results are… when I also do the inner work.
The inner work of ‘letting go’ means to hold on to the feelings of the desired end result you want (notice I said feelings) making sure it is for the good of all – win/win. Then act as though you already have the win/win result.

How often do you find yourself comparing your life to others. Noticing how they are doing things, going places, meeting people and you catch yourself thinking that you need to do the same. Next time you notice this; check into your heart’s vision and make sure that you make your decisions staying in alignment with your life purpose and passion. Then take your own inspired actions with a knowing that you are living Your Life – not anyone else’s! At the end of each day, only you will know whether you lived the day with true fulfilment from the inside out.

Think Progress…Not Perfection

Take on the Motto in Life… ‘Progress – Not Perfection’
Every step you take is a progression towards actualising your bigger picture. Courage is taking your first step and trusting your intuition even when you cannot see all the steps ahead of you. Just take the first step.
Coaching Tip
This was life changing for me when my coach stated these very words in one of our early coaching sessions. It was life changing because I realised that I kept striving for perfection and it never really existed. Perfection was always my perception of ‘it wasn’t good enough yet or I didn’t have it right’. This would keep me in procrastination mode. So practice Progress today by reminding yourself that every little step you do take is a contribution towards your bigger picture. Only you will know if this step moves you away from what you say you want or moves you towards it by the way you feel when you are in action. If it feels good, then it is the right action for you and if it doesn’t, then ask yourself… ‘by taking this action, am I moving towards or away from my goal?’
