Stop Pushing and Start Encouraging

Today’s Inspiration
There is a massive difference between encouraging action and pushing action. Encouraging action is when you have supportive self-talk smoothly flowing within the action you are taking. This will always give you feelings of satisfying accomplishment with every step you take. Pushing action is when you feel like you are chasing to achieve something, only to find yourself feeling exhausted and not satisfied. Which do you live with each day?
Coaching Tip
Check in with yourself this very moment as to what you are doing and notice whether you are chasing to achieve something that still needs to be done or are you fully present right here and now speaking kindly to yourself as you take the actions set up inside your day.
Practice finding your flow and remember to be patient with supportive self talk as you may be changing many years of being hard on yourself. The day I decided to support was the day life began to change for me. I had no idea how the simple things I practiced each day on the inside first, just how much it would make a difference to my outside world. Be patient as you practice encouraging action each day.

Living in your Flow

Today’s Inspiration
True happiness and fulfilment in life occurs when you have the courage to trut your instincts and act on what your inner knowing is telling you. This is when you are truly Living in your Flow with life showing up in such a way where you begin to see the ideal opportunities appearing right beofre your very eyes without the struggle.
Coaching Tip
If you are the type of person who lives life trying to ‘get it right’, ‘comparing yourself to others’ or ‘too busy being busy’, then you will never give yourself a chance to Live in your Flow because you are emeshed in other people’s flow – it’s not your flow.
Begin today to trust your instincts and inner knowing ‘one small step at a time’ to act on what you already know is your flow. This will develop and evolve into your whole life giving you natural peace, happiness and fulfilment. It can be that simple if you practice ‘with patience’ over time.

The Key Secret to Living a Wealthy Lifestyle
August 26, 2010 by Annette
Today’s Inspiration
The most common key secret the wealthy and successful people have proclaimed has been their main support to attracting their good fortune both inside and out in every area of their life is by having an ‘attitude of gratitude’. Begin your good fortune today from the inside out by acknowledging everything and everyone in your life.
Coaching Tip
The day you begin to acknowledge the strengths and good fortune of yourself and others in every way; will be the day you attract more good fortune into all areas of your life. The more you envy what others have in their life or who they are, you will only keep attracting more envy in your life. Begin today to change your path by consciously choosing your ‘attitude of gratitude’ and acknowledge everyone and everything in your life right here and now.

Simmering your Monkey Mind
March 30, 2010 by Annette

Today’s Inspiration
With the daily practice of turning inwards and simmering the chitter chatter monkey mind, your life
will become much more clearer with the feeling of having more time, more energy and more clarity.
That is when you will hear your intuition loud and clear with a knowing of what is the ‘right direction
for you’.
Coaching Tip
I cannot tell you the amount of times in the past I have said to my husband, after an event, “Why didn’t I listen to my initial gut feeling?” Can you relate to this? In a spark of a second, you feel or hear, that intuitive part of you telling you which direction to go – yet you go in the opposite direction! If you are a very busy person all the time with your head focusing on the past or the future, then you will never have an opportunity to tune into your own truth right here and now because you are not connected with your body. When you do take time out on a daily basis through forms of meditation, journal writing or exercising with the conscious thought of connecting to your body and your feelings; you will always be guided in the quickest, most efficient and ultimately self-fulfilling way of life giving you a sense of peace and life contentment.

The Power of your Thoughts and Feelings
March 5, 2010 by Annette

Today’s Inspiration
Are you wanting changes in your life that are just not materializing? Take a look at your most repeated ‘thoughts’, ‘language’ and ‘feelings’ as these will magnetise and create your present and future results. It is important to focus on what you do want – not what you do not want. Change your life today with the practice of daily positive affirmations.
Coaching Tip
Affirmations are positive statements you make to yourself. Let me give you an example. By making the self-statement, “I don’t want to be a failure”, you are sending your subconscious mind a contradictory message. The only way you can experience this self-statement is by being a failure. “I don’t want to be a failure” says, “I really do not know what I want, and I really do not believe that I have the power to be successful”. The self-statements, “I am successful”, or “I am confident”, however, state clearly that you are empowered.
Create 3 affirmative statements for yourself today and say them to yourself with enthusiasm and belief; as often as you possibly can – the more times you say them ‘with feeling’ – the quicker the results.

More about Positive Self-Statements
September 21, 2009 by Annette
Filed under Personal & Spiritual Development
Much of your communication to yourself is through self-statements. These self-statements, which form part of the stream of your inner dialogue, determine how you will act out your future. The quality of your self-statements is that they either empower, or they limit you.
Words are the basis of all your self-statements. In your mind you link words to images that will be associated with past experiences, whether positive or negative. Words trigger off powerful associative images, especially if they are backed up by strong emotive feelings. Say to yourself, “I will never be successful”. Now say that again, with real emotion, and it becomes a powerful directive that will program your subconscious mind to create a limited behavioural pattern.
There is no way you can feel inclined to ‘be successful’ when you are making this kind of limiting self-statement. As your subconscious does not have the capacity to discern whether you mean what you say or not, it acts out ‘to not be successful’ as an action. Your subconscious mind is literally programmed by your inner communication. How you communicate with yourself determines your outcome.
You can see how imperative it is that you become aware of the statements you make to yourself. As you move through your day, pay attention to the way in which you talk to yourself, and to your choice of words. Remember – everything you tell yourself is acted upon, because your subconscious mind is unable to discriminate.
Self-affirmations send positive messages to your mind. When you are frustrated because you feel you are not achieving or moving forward in your life, or you find it hard to view yourself differently, or you are not losing the weight you are working hard at losing, or your finances are not improving – then improve your potentiality through affirmative self-statements! You can support your intention to achieve your goals by becoming aware of the limiting self-statements you make. The next step is to replace them with positive self-affirmations and take the necessary actions to close the gap each day.
