Are you waiting for others to acknowledge you and your accomplishments? Whatever it is you may be desiring in life, it will never happen if you are waiting for others to give it to you. There is a universal law of ‘sew and reap’…in other words you need to first moving towards it yourself with genuine passion and faith for you to have this very thing occur in your life.

Coaching Tip

I have many coaching conversations with clients about how they are sabotaging their own success because they are shutting themselves off from the very thing they want and not moving towards what they truly want. If you want to be needed, to be acknowledged, to be loved, to be successful, to be confident…the only way for this to show up in yourself (internally) and in your life (externally) is to give those things to yourself  first. Having an open heart and open mind genuinely giving those things to others. The only way I became confident was to practice being confident within myself. The only way I get acknowledged from others is to acknowledge myself each day and acknowledge others genuinely as often as I can. You cannot acknowledge others genuinely if you find it difficult to acknowledge yourself. What can you acknowledge yourself for today?
