If you are a great ideas person and wondering how to turn your vision into reality, then the first and most vital step is to create crystal clear clarity around your ideas by writing down your vision in as much detail as you can possibly think of. This will help you to break down all the steps you need to take to actualise your vision in the moment you put pen to paper.

Coaching Tip

I often hear clients say that they want to get more organised inside their busy day so that they can begin to put their great ideas into action. The No. 1 thing I find holds these people back from creating more order in their busy day is because they have not written down their vision clearly in detail with their committed daily steps so that they can build a solid foundation to stand on.

If you do not have a clear vision inside your day, then you will easily find yourself reacting and wasting time with the feeling of not being productive – also knowing that you are not living your vision can be frustrating causing lack of natural self motivation. Clarity always comes through you when taking the time to write out your vision in detail; this includes your desired goals and the steps you know you want to take throughout your day. Take a look around you wherever you are right now…Do you have any clutter; laying around…papers all over the table, unread mail, cluttered cupboards, dust on your table, bills not paid etc? This all detracts from you maintaining sustainable energy with a clear focus throughout your day.

Make time each week to begin to clear away, tidy up or get rid off anything that could possibly be blocking your own success. Today’s Inspiration

“Keep It Simple” is my motto! What’s yours!!

In other words, how often do you find yourself in the middle of a ‘muddle’ and you just do not know where to start to unravel the situation? Do you go into overwhelm trying to work it all out and yet you keep finding yourself not getting any closer to clarity?

One of the best ways is to become ‘the observer’ of the situation and take a look from the outside in. Just like taking a helicopter view or it’s like being on the sideline of a football match; isn’t it strange how we can see what needs to happen from another angle!

Coaching Tip

I believe in being a ‘player’ in the game of life instead of being the ‘spectator’. And in saying that; it is important at times to take an ‘observers’ view and place yourself outside of the situation so that you can take a look from the outside in; into your life.

By taking this observers view, you will be able to see opportunities inside of challenges, instead of feeling like you are stuck inside it; you will be able to make clearer decisions coming from an intelligence of knowing rather than second guessing yourself with feelings of uncertainty.

Practice taking the helicopter view throughout your day which is a powerful way of reflection to see if you are on course playing the game of your life and setting yourself up for success.

Today’s Inspiration

I find birthdays are a great time for honest reflection as to whether I am really on track at a deeper heart level steering my life in the direction I say I want to go.

The truth is there are always things outside of our control that cannot be understood (no matter how hard you try) with the only way through being to remain focused on what you have achieved and what you can take control of using heart responsibility and accountability.

Coaching Tip

As I reflect upon the past year, I have witnessed many challenges, many exciting moments, many times of uncertainty, many successful achievements all wrapped up into One! Yes, this is all a part of being humanly real inside of my true commitment of being ‘the best me’ I possibly can be each and every day.

Upon my honest reflections today, I am conscious about not making certain things wrong that did not work out or the unpleasant challenges or noticing the things that still have not yet happened in my life, and to consciously look at how I have grown by learning better ways of dealing with those challenges at a heart shifting level. This is what has been the most important aspect of my reflections today which I share with you from the bottom of my heart.

Living with Clear Boundaries

If you are feeling like your life is all about ‘Time getting away from you’, then it may be a good time right now To look at what boundaries you need to put in place. Time is about managing yourself and deciding what is The best way you would like to spend your time according to your values and your vision.

Coaching Tip

Boundaries are not about being self-righteous, especially when stating your boundaries to others. Never state your boundaries when you are frustrated or ‘charged up’ with negative emotion. One of the practices I have taken on whenever I feel peeved (putting it politely) about something is to get a blank sheet of paper and title it ‘What am I peeved about?’ I then let the pen do the writing, jotting down my frustrations in a dot point format, not holding anything back. This is a great way to clear your head and cool down emotionally, so that you can identify what the real trigger is.

Once I identify the boundaries, then I write out what actions I am going to take to clean them up and maintain stronger boundaries in future. I always notice that either I have stepped over my own boundary or I have allowed others to step over a boundary, without even letting them know it was a boundary. So notice whether you have actually stated your boundaries, because people will not know unless you tell them. Do not think that people will ‘just know’ because we are all different and we all have different boundaries.

Money does not have emotion – so why not keep the emotion out of money and handle it intelligently.
What is your relationship like with money? Do you feel a sense of lack when you think about money?
If you think and feel ‘lack’ when it comes to money and wanting to attract more, then your bank
account will reflect this every time. Begin to create a new relationship with money for wealth attraction.

Coaching Tip

If you look at your financial figures in a state of lack, then you will definitely stay in a state of lack. You need to change the way you think and feel about money to attract more. Stop thinking it is an outside job alone based on how much is coming in because how much is coming into your bank account is always a direct reflection of what you think and feel about money which will always affect your ability to attract more.

Start today to create a positive relationship with money by valuing what you have coming in and focus on a specific amount you would like to attract. Then stay in a state of high vibration by thinking positive and feeling as though you already have this in your bank account. Look out for opportunities and take the necessary actions to support your financial vision.

Is Your To-Do-List Getting Longer?

Having lists are a great tool to use for clarity purposes. Notice whether your list is causing you added pressure because it seems to be getting longer and longer. The most effective way of handling your ‘to-do-list’ is to pluck out your top 3-5 priorities for the day, then place a time and a date against each action to eliminate stress around time commitments.

Coaching Tip

The only way to eliminate any stresses in life is when you ‘zone in’. In other words, when you choose one thing at a time and place your full presence on this subject whilst in action, then you will ultimately achieve it. If you are focussing on too many things at one time, you will feel like you are not achieving because your focus is too scattered. The best way to utilise your time effectively is to outline your top 3-5 priorities for the day and work out how long these will take to accomplish. Take away all the stress around your ‘to-do-list’ by getting honest with yourself about your time scheduling, as things may take a little longer to do, which must be allowed for.

When you reflect on what is working for you inside your busy day, then you will become more conscious about your energy levels. When you reflect on what is not working for you, this will always be a conscious opportunity to make the necessary changes you need to make for your day to flow with less stress.

Coaching Tip

If your energy levels are low; then there is always something in your life and/or your business that is not working for you. This is an indication for you to have a good look at where you may be letting yourself down and what old habits you may be repeating that just do not work for you. Take time out at the end of each day to reflect on what is actually working for you and what is not working for you. Set up new, simple systems for those things that are not working for your ongoing success.
