Self-Care is the most nurturing and the most effective healing process to living the life you were born to live with mind-body-soul connection. Yes, you have permission to do something nurturing for yourself today, and every other day, so that you can be the best person you can possibly ‘BE’ . It is in who you are BEING that attracts loving relationships, work success, wealth, health and happiness.


Coaching Tip

This conversation would have to be the most challenging for many of my clients because they feel selfish or even guilty about taking time out for themselves each day. The only real time they get to take ‘time out’ is if they book a holiday or if they are forced through illness or by even catching a cold. This is always a signal that you are not living your life in alignment with your truth and possibly trying to compare yourself too much to others and how they are living their life.

It takes so much more energy and strain on your mind-body-soul when acting like you have it all together – so I am giving you full permission today to let go of the person you think you have to be to succeed and begin to BE true to yourself each day. If you continue to follow your own path and trust this by taking flowing consistent actions with inner peace and knowing, then you will definitely create a life of purpose, prosperity, abundance and loving fulfilment in so many ways.

Have you ever heard about someone becoming a millionaire by winning Lotto, only to find that within a couple of years they are back to the same financial position they were in before winning? You may also have heard of a millionaire who went into bankruptcy and lost the lot, yet became a millionaire again within a few short years. What’s the difference between these two people? The difference is purely that one has a poverty consciousness and one has a prosperity consciousness. Which money consciousness do you currently live in?
