Behind the Scene of Time Management

Today’s Inspiration

Feeling challenged and possibly a little overwhelmed with your time management! There is no such thing as time management, because no one can manage time. What you can manage is the choice of actions you take during your time throughout your day and the attitude in which you take these.

Coaching Tip

Frustrations about time and the feelings of not having enough time can often arise when you:

  1. Over commit yourself to take actions in an underestimated time frame and with an
    unrealistic ‘to do list’.
  2. Saying ‘yes’ to everyone and everything, not wanting to let people down.
  3. Not taking time out for yourself, feelings of guilt and not being productive if you do have 5 minutes to spare.
