Hi, I’m Annette Stanton
Coaching has been a natural progression over the past 26 years with me starting my journey as a sporting coach in 1982. My professional career path contributed to gaining a wide range of leadership, management experience in both the corporate industry and small business ownership. My career started as a business administrator in 1980.
At the same time I represented Western Australia as Captain and Coach for over 10 years, and was also selected into the Australian squad in the sport of Touch Football gaining leadership skills and experience in the power of the mind, the psychology of winning and how to get the best out of a team.
Both my sporting career and professional career (also a PhD in Life) has provided a wealth of skills and life experiences for me in the areas of leadership, management, health, fitness, communication, vision and goal-setting, personal development working with individuals, teams and businesses.
In 1992, following my passion for personal development, I started my own business as a holistic personal trainer and coach focusing on the importance of self-management, leadership, life/work balance, health and fitness. This has naturally transpired into my current business, International Life & Business
Coaching established in 2003, specializing in the development of individuals, partners, teams and groups who are ready to live life to their fullest potential and succeed personally and professionally. Annette’s coaching methodology includes accredited training in the true art of coaching, neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), metaphysics, quantum physics, visualisation and spirituality.
I am a Coach University graduate (CoachU) studying the art of coaching gaining Accreditation as a Life and Business coach with international certification as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) recognised by the International Coach Federation (ICF). I am also the Past President of International Coach Federation (ICF) for the Western Australian Chapter.

International Life and Business Coaching world headquarters is based in Perth, Australia, where I resides with her husband, Mark and my border-collie puppy, Larry. My hobbies are gardening, relaxing next to her pool, writing, quality time with my husband, spending time with her puppy, casual gatherings with family and friends, travel and reading anything to do with personal and professional development.
