I was having a coaching conversation yesterday with a group of small business owners who were in the process of defining what Success really looked like to them. One business owner had realised that Success was not the tangible things alone that she had been striving for… for years; her real desire was the intangible that brought out her best.

You may be moving so fast in the busy pace of your own life that you find yourself skimming over the surface.
