When you focus on your vision and goals as a future event that you are working towards achieving,
this will always create feelings of unfulfilled frustration because you are never living in the here and
now. Life fulfillment always lies in the present. When you set up your lifestyle and business style in
a way which consciously fulfils your values each day, then no matter what happens you will always
enjoy the journey with a sense of fulfillment and purpose.
Coaching Tip
How often do you find yourself wondering why you are still not happy when you have fulfilled a goal you were hoping it would change the way you felt about yourself and your life success? I use to always live in the past or the future, finding that the present moment never existed. This created feelings of chasing something outside of myself every day finding that no matter what I did achieve, it never felt enough.
The 3 steps to live your fulfilling valued lifestyle and business style are:
- Identify your Life and Business Values
- How do you wish to spend your time physically to accommodate your Life and Business Values
- Place these physical actions into your diary knowing that you are living your values each day
Your only job is to be fully present, living 100% in the moment enjoying the actions you know you have set up according to what is most important to you. Yes, it can be that simple when you design your life and business success.
