Your supportive and winning mindset is essential for your success. If you have a negative critic inside of you that continually controls your thoughts, then you will never achieve what you say you want in life without the stress and strain. If you want to achieve what you say you want in every area of your life, then begin to tame your inner critic – do not make it wrong – just catch it and replace it with a positive and supportive self-statement.

Coaching Tip

The inner critic is sometimes known as the chitter chatter going on inside your mind. The Buddha’s call it ‘monkey mind’. To actualize what you say you want in life, you need to become conscious about what you keep telling yourself, about yourself, which will be your automatic beliefs that will determine your life outcomes.

For example, if you keep telling yourself “I don’t have enough time and I never have enough time to get things done”; then your belief IS that time is always limited. Your body will feel like it is always chasing time, with the stress that goes along with this way of thinking. This is purely because you have been telling yourself that “I don’t have enough time” and it is now your Truth – IT IS NOT THE TRUTH. 

Change your beliefs through positive self-statements on a daily basis and begin to tell yourself “I have plenty of time”.  Yes, it needs to be repetitive until your new belief is automatic. This also applies to Money, Relationships, Business,  Confidence etc.
