Take a look at what results you are not happy with in your life and challenge your beliefs around this very subject because unless you change these beliefs, the same results will show up. Consciously choose another belief according to your desired result.
Sounds simple doesn’t it! Well, it actually is – and in saying that, the challenging part is to remember that through repetition of new beliefs, which are made up of thoughts, words and new actions (refer to equation above); you need to find a way to remind yourself of your new belief until it naturally becomes a part of you and your results match it.
