Have you noticed that when you react to challenges in life how it tends to create more turmoil. To have success in your life and your business, it is important to stick with the basics at all times; especially in times of the unexpected. It is the basics that build a wide and deep foundation for you personally and professionally so that when you feel off balance, you know you will always be standing on solid ground no matter what happens.

Coaching Tip

Having big ideas is great and sometimes I notice that when I am in the process of planning and moving towards my new projects, that is the time I find my consistent foundation being waivered. This creates a feeling of uncertainty which is not real, it is purely a perception based on a reaction. When you know that you continue living with what works for you in your life and your business acting on your deep knowing of intuition/gut feelings this will always create a solid foundation for you. So just notice next time you find yourself reacting to something, it doesn’t matter whether it is personal or business, that is your indication to have a look at your foundations.
