How much of your day do you find yourself taking lots of action, yet still wondering why you are not move towards what you say you want? Is this the story of your life and business success? Set intentional actions at the beginning of each day with realistic time frames to complete these inside of. Do not keep letting yourself down by over-promising and under-delivering on your time.
Coaching Tip
At the beginning of each day get your diary out and set up 3-5 intentional actions that you want to achieve inside your day. Think about how long each of these actions will take and place it in your diary. Leave plenty of white space before and after each goal so that you can feel ease and enjoyment throughout your day. This will also give you plenty of time to handle any unexpected things that may come your way. See yourself completing your 3-5 intentions with peace of mind and total fulfillment by the end of your day.
