Reflection on 2009 and Creating a Meaningful Vision for 2010

Today’s Inspiration

Momentum for life and business success is built upon when you reflect and acknowledge all of your
accomplishments, insights and breakthroughs over the past year – (yes this means even the littlest
of things you may have taken for granted), and then open your mind and your heart to creating your whole lifestyle and business style vision and goal projection for the new year?

Coaching Tip

Each year my husband, Mark, and I sit by the pool (with pen and paper) acknowledging each other for everything we can think of that has occurred during the year. Celebrating with a glass of champagne even makes it loads more fun. Then we create our vision for the next year covering the 5 pillars to lifestyle and business success; personal relationships, business success, wellness, health and fitness, self-leadership and being organized, financial success. We then have fun collecting pictures and photos according to our vision for the following year and create a vision board. This is a collage of pictures, photos and words of value that we are committed to focusing on and achieving during the year. This then inspires us to make up a simple plan on where we would like to begin to achieve our goals.

Take charge today and plan to live a life you love, instead of ‘just surviving life’.
