Reflecting on your Accomplishments

Today’s Inspiration

Do you reflect on your daily and weekly accomplishments or do you find yourself caught up in the ‘what still has to be done’ cycle? When you make time on a regular basis to step back and acknowledge what you are achieving in your life and business (no matter how small); this will propel you to greater success without draining your energy.

Coaching Tip

I have had a number of coaching conversation over the past couple of weeks  with clients who continually find themselves getting caught up in the overwhelm of what still has to do done, without acknowledging what they have accomplished up to now. If you remain focussed on the ‘to do list’ and do not take time out to reflect on how far you have come, then you will continue the cycle of not feeling successful  which is not your truth.

Give yourself 5 minutes at the end of each day to acknowledge what you have done inside your day and notice the difference in the quality of your life and business success as you connect with the truth about what you are achieving.
