Coaching Tip

It is so easy to get caught up in non-productive action that will make you feel like you are moving forward when really it is an illusion because it may make you feel warm and fuzzy at the time. Become conscious about your every day actions and challenge yourself to get honest with yourself and ask whether this action you are taking moves you towards what you want or away from it.

How do I know the difference, you ask?

Your Right Direction action will feel very rewarding in every cell of your being giving you a sense of purpose for a longer period of time. The Right Direction will be a very short lived gratification with an empty feeling and lack of purposeful direction which is normally based on what others are saying is how things should be done! Trust Your Right Direction.
