Today’s Inspiration
When you react to stuff that comes your way in life, this can easily take you off your course of focus and you will struggle to find a solution. When you stay calm and stop the reactive thinking, it is much easier to find a solution. If you try to push through your challenge by getting impatient and try to find a solution; notice how much it becomes hard work that will tend to keep you inside the reactive struggle.
Coaching Tip
Here are some of the many things that may set you up for reactional thinking. Take a look at what your habits are and begin to make some changes. Remember to be patient with yourself and practice eachday to take the small steps so that you can set up solid foundations for yourself and your business.
- not setting up your day with priority actions and doing the important things first
- not placing suitable time scheduling around your priorities
- not living your own standards – being everything to everybody
- getting into the habit of over-promising and under-delivering
- holding back on clear communication – ‘playing the guessing and assuming game’
- saying ‘Yes’ when you really want to say ‘No’
- not setting clear defined boundaries coming from love and respect for self and others
- not making quality time to chill out and be with your family and love ones
- not making time to do something for yourself each day that brings you joy, fun and lightness
- not having a clear vision and very disorganized
- living and working amongst clutter
