Having your own vision gives you more purpose and meaning to life. A vision will support you in times of doubt, especially when you face challenges and you start to question Who, What, and How you want to live your life, based on what’s most important to you. Consciously live your heart’s vision each day.
Coaching Tip
A couple of important things to remember when identifying your vision is to make sure it is not future based alone. For your vision to be fulfilling you need to identify what is important now according to your values and take action on these every day. This can be something as simple as having the value of Family and Connection, and your vision may be to have a loving, connected relationship with your family each day – then your action may be to make time each day to connect with your family in a special way (not wait for the holidays or for more time).
