How often do you find yourself pleasantly surprised when you finally take that first step just how much extra energy and enthusiasm you gain which propels you into feeling inspired to take the next steps from there? It always amazes me how the energy increases ten fold when finally taking an inspired action that you may have been pondering over for quite some time.

Coaching Tip

How often have you heard yourself saying… “Why didn’t I just do it in the first place without all that worry and concern?” I can certainly relate to this one when I finally take an action that you have been wanting to take for some time. The next time you find yourself pondering or procrastinating over an action you know you want to take,  make a decision what the first step is and when you are going to do it.

By the way, there is NO Right Step – trust your intuition and take the step which feels right for you at that time.
You will be surprised just how much you will achieve when you live by the model …
‘Decision + Action = Results’.
