Coaching Tip

When I first started my coaching business and had times of challenges and self-doubt, my own coach would always ask me to read my vision. What I found was that reading my vision brought me back into the present and stopped the frustration and the sense of being overwhelmed. Most of all, it reminded me of what was truly important to me now.

This helped me see that the challenge I was dealing with at that time was insignificant in the big scheme of my vision. In that instant, I always found a way of managing the challenge with ease and taking the next step.
