Getting Caught Up in Your Busy Mind!

Today’s Inspiration

How often do you find yourself caught up in your busy mind? This can drive you crazy leaving you feeling exhausted at the end of the day; especially if you are the sort of person who has difficulty switching off. With the daily practice of deep breathing and simple relaxation techniques you can live and work in your zone with more of a flow each day.

Coaching Tip

This one is real close to my heart because I admit it… “I am a head person” and to keep me sane each day I have learnt real simple techniques that support me in blending the happy medium of using logic through knowledge and sensory perception through intuitive gut feelings.

One of the easiest and simples ways of doing this is to consciously take deep breaths throughout your day and feeling your breath go right down into your belly. This will instantly take you out of your head helping to relax your whole body. Give it a try today by consciously taking 3-5 deep breaths every hour. Never underestimate the power of your breath because it is the very thing that gives you more clarity in your Life.
