There is an inner whispering voice inside of you that is attempting to guide you every moment of every day. This voice will always be the quietest and most calming whisper to you, especially if you are a very busy person always with an agenda in your mind. Take time out every day to listen to your inner guidance because it is trying to tell you the most easiest, fun and fulfilling action to take for your life and business success.

Coaching Tip

How do you connect with your inner guidance. This is also called gut feelings, intuition, inner vision. The most effective way is to take time out for yourself everyday and slow down your busy mind with simple breathing and relaxation techniques in the form of meditation. This does not need to be a long time sitting in a seat closing your eyes.

There are many ways of meditating; i.e. exercising and being present with your body; open eye candle gazing – looking into the flame of a candle for 5-10 minutes; guided visualisation and imagery cd’s, jump into a warm soothing bath with relaxation music; take 10 deep breaths and focus on the inhalation and exhalation of your breath fully….these are only a few ways of everyday simple forms of relaxation that will help you to connect with your inner guidance each day.
