Never underestimate the power of positive self-talk with the utilisation of daily affirmations. This is what changed my life for the better many years ago; even when I felt I did not believe it. I felt silly saying positive things to myself when my habitual thinking about life was negative with my life being ‘stuck in a rut’ because of my way of thinking.
