Today’s Inspiration

I cannot tell you how often I hear clients say to me…”I need to get back to basics”! If you continually keep hearing yourself say this, then I want you to know that you are not alone.  The basics ‘IS’ the rocks and mortar of your foundation and if you do not have these steps in place automatically, then you will continually feel like you are not standing on solid ground and at times feeling pretty rocky. For peace of mind, heart and inner confidence, hold on to your basics every day.

Coaching Tip

Back to basics generally means bringing back into your life the simple things that you know create happiness from the inside out for yourself eg. Exercise, positive statements, a clear environment to work in and live in, quality family time, setting up simple life style and business style systems, set boundaries for yourself and practice saying No, give yourself plenty of mental space and physical space to bring the basics back that are important to you.

Remember that it is in the Ordinary that you create an Extraordinary Life. What this means is that every little step you take each day is the making of your desired bigger lifestyle picture.
