Do you find yourself automatically saying ‘Yes’, when you know you really need to say ‘No’. Not wanting to upset staff, clients, family, friends etc. with the desire of wanting more acceptance in your life; only to find that in the end you let yourself down every time placing more stress on your body and your mind. Being true to you will accelerate your own success at a heart level every time.
Coaching Tip
If you are having problems with managing your time and not achieving your highest priorities throughout your day, then definitely have a good look at what you are saying ‘Yes’ to around how you are setting up your time schedule. If you are already known as ‘the yes person’, then you need to assertively take charge and make the necessary changes you know you need to make to stay on your true path to achieve your desired vision.
