Are You Looking For The Quick Fix It?

If you are continually looking for the ‘quick fix it’ in some area of your life and not finding your own
answers fast enough; the answer is ‘breath’. The power of tuning into your own breathing is an easy
form of meditation that can be done any time, anywhere, for whatever situation you are in. Believe
that you have all the right answers inside of you and practice the art of empowering patience in action.

Coaching Tip

The statement…’you have all the answers inside of you’ is so often mentioned today, which is very true. Yet how often do you find yourself looking for the answers outside of yourself because you want that quick fix it or looking for the right answer; only to find yourself feeling impatient and frustrated because it’s not happening fast enough. It’s moments like these that you begin to hold your breath without even realizing as you are pushing harder to move forward in life.

To keep your flow of momentum physically and mentally, take on the practice of conscious breathing by taking 5-10 deep breaths every hour tuning into your body, listening for your own answers, taking your own  right actions. Practice this tool on a daily basis so that you can breakthrough your own disempowering habits and beliefs.
