Today’s Inspiration
Are you the type of person who is continually on the treadmill of working harder, even when you know your body is craving for time off to rejuvenate your batteries with your mind looking for the switch off button? You will achieve better results by taking shorter time-out breaks for your mind and your body on a regular basis, rather than continuing to run on that treadmill until you drop.
Coaching Tip
Take a moment right now to do what I call ‘check-in time’ to listen to your body, and your mind, as to what you most need right now so that you can continually flow on all cylinders. Instead of thinking “I just need to make it until Xmas, then I can have a break”, especially if you know this is overdue.
Decide today to take a day or two just for you to switch off. If this seems difficult for you to manage, then start with half a day and expand from there. It all begins with you giving yourself permission to do things differently and this starts by listening to your body. Your results will be much bigger and better in the long run when you set up regular short breaks of rejuvenation.

Do you find yourelf reacting every time an email appears in your Inbox? Another day goes by leaving you feeling more frustrated because you are still not able to find the time to do those important things that keep getting pushed aside. Decide today to create a plan to check your emails and stop being a slave to your Inbox.

With modern technology choices today, life seems to be speeding up. The challenge most of us have today is trying to maintain any form of balance between juggling work, family, health, finances etc. because a lot of time is being spent utilising different forms of technology. Yes, it is important, yet not to the degree of it taking over your time and your life. Choose today to check your emails 2-3 times only each day and notice how much more time you will have for those things you keep pushing aside.

Stuck in a Rut! How to Change Your Future

Living life utilising your unique strengths will give you the success, the happiness, the health and the wealth you are looking for in life. Stop waiting for the so called ‘big break’ to happen to you. Begin to identify what you are good at and what you enjoy doing in your work life and your personal life. Start to build a bridge from where you are today and activate how you truly want to live.
Coaching Tip
Where you start to look is to keep a notepad in your pocket or in your bag and notice whatever you are doing with your time. Write down the activity and check in with your feelings as to whether you enjoy doing this particular activity or whether you are doing this activity because of a habit. The things you notice you enjoy doing are your unique strengths. Make sure these activities are a part of your business life and your personal life so that you stop the drainage of energy and regain passion and focus in your whole life.

Better Communication for Loving Relationships

Your relationships in life will be much more harmonious, with you always being heard (and gotten),
when you use ‘Heart to Heart’ communications. This is when you commit to speaking from your heart
into another person’s heart maintaining a neutral tone of voice coming from love and respect for yourself and the other person. Stay in your heart and create deeper and fulfilling relationships today.
Coaching Tip
Practice today communicating from your heart focussing on a win/win outcome. Remember, the most effective way to create harmony and change is to stay calm in your tone of voice, breath, and speak from your heart – not your head.
When you get uptight, just know that you are going into your head and that is your indication to bite your tongue, breath (this will give you the space to go into your heart), then speak calmly and assertively. When communicating ‘Head to Head’, it is easy to blurt out something that you can never take back. By the way when you say something hurtful to someone, did you know that you hurt yourself first!
Yes, it takes practice if you are someone like I was always coming from a defensive and reactive attitude. Be patient with yourself and others.

How to Instantly Release Stress

Feeling stressed and wondering how to relax! Is your body feeling emotionally exhausted because of the merry-go-round way of life you are experiencing. Relax your mind and body right now by taking a deep breath and write down everything that you feel is creating the stress in your life. Then one by one begin to clean them up by taking calm and relaxed action.
Coaching Tip
I know it is not as easy as it sounds. When holding on to stress and trying to work it all out from your head, you will go around in circles will little or no results. When you put pen to paper and express what your upsets are in words, emotions and actions, you will begin to release the stress inside your body with your answers naturally coming to the surface when you least expect it.
The most common stress causes are :
- Waking up with a Negative Attitude (feeling like ground hog day)
- Creating Long TO DO Lists and not placing these Actions into realistic time schedules
- YOU putting YOU Last feeling depleted in energy at the end of the day
- Over-promising and Under-delivering trying to be everything to everybody
- Being the YES Person wanting to be liked and accepted
- Continually saying “Im’ soooo busy”!
Take note today what your common stress causes are and begin to clean then up so that you can live a stress-less life.

The Vital Step to Attracting More Money

Are you wanting to attract more money and no matter how hard you try you are still no further ahead with your desire of financial security?
The most vital key step which often gets pushed aside because the focus is on making more money; is to handle the money you already have coming in and knowing exactly what is going out. By doing this you will become more conscious about the money that may be slipping through your fingers. When you handle your money ‘with deep gratitude’, you will attract unexpected sources of income.
Coaching Tip
It is easy to get caught up in the cycle of wanting ‘more money’ thinking that this will be the saviour of all your problems. I learnt this lesson the hard way until I took responsibility and learnt how to handle my money. I realised how much I kept myself inside a self-sabotaging cycle which blocked my own financial security.
Take charge of your financial security so that you can live the desired freedom today by taking the most vital key step of handling your money in simple ways. Be patient with yourself and take little steps as you heal any old fears and beliefs around money.

Where Are Your Hands Now?

You may have heard about living in the present moment or Being in the Now! With the fast pace of life today it can be challenging to remember to Be Present to this very moment. When you take on a practice of being consciously present as best you can throughout your day, that is when your fast pace of life will begin to slow down so that you can get a chance to catch up and enjoy the journey.
Coaching Tip
My clients often ask me the question “How do I remember to Be Present”? A great tool to use as a physical reminder is to Be Wherever Your Hands Are Right Here and Now.
Take a moment to look at your hands and ask yourself “Where am I in body and mind right now? “What am I doing in this very moment?” Get really conscious about if your mind and your body are connected with what you are doing right now. Living with mind, body and soul connection by being present will give you the true success, fulfilment and happiness you are chasing in life.

The Night Before

When you plan your day ahead – the night before – you are more likely to create a flow of achievement throughout your day. The reason for this is because you program yourself through conscious planning taking this into your dream state whilst sleeping. You will wake up naturally stepping into your day with clarity and confidence knowing exactly that you have consciously set up your day for flowing success.
Coaching Tip
Yes, I know there can be unexpected things show up inside your day especially if you have children to get to school, or staff who need training, or lots of phone calls to return etc. When you practice preparing your day – the night before – you will be amazed over time just how much the universe will re-arrange things to support your day. Space for Life Changing Decisions

Today’s Inspiration
There may be times in your life when you find yourself facing a heartfelt life changing decision. To make this decision space is required to truly listen to your inner most thoughts and feelings. Even the smallest of space can support you in your decision making. The challenge is to trust, listen and act on whatever this sacred space you have given yourself is telling you to do.
Coaching Tip
I have personally been creating space for myself over the past month to allow a life changing decision close to my heart naturally flow through me. This came about because I was trying to make a decision and the answers were not coming to me. Because of this I felt like I was putting myself under so much pressure which felt quite painful. To give myself full permission to engage in this space, I needed to surrender into my natural body flow in each moment instead of pushing my routine way of life.
As an inspirational writer, I found myself challenged because the very things which came naturally to me inside my writing was not in a state of flow. My motto in life is ‘if it is not flowing – then it is not divine time’. I had to trust whatever needed to be placed on hold right now was all divine – and if it was meant to be – then it would return naturally. Yes, my decision has naturally come to me through my state of flow giving me peace of mind, body and soul.
I would like to invite you to create space for yourself in some small way so that you can practice your flowing way of life. Notice what naturally comes to the surface bringing you more joy, clarity and happiness in your life.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all of you who took the time to share your heartfelt emails about missing reading my daily inspirations. I look forward to connecting with you all with greater insight and wisdom.
