To be productive and feel a sense of satisfaction throughout your day means to have a clear path of prioritising what it is you desire to achieve. If you truly want to know whether you are moving in the direction of your heart’s vision, then it is a must to set up your day taking specific inspirational actions towards actualising this.
Coaching Tip
Notice whether you are paper shuffling or jumping from action to action in a frantic manner feeling like you are keeping busy – yet not any further along your desired path. Begin today to prioritise your top 3-5 actions each day and stay focussed on these until they are achieved.
Get to know yourself and see whether you are the type of person who has high expectations on achieving certain things inside a time frame that is just unrealistic. Get to know what you need to delegate and what things you are truly good at; and best of all, notice the things you most enjoy doing and do more of those.

Great Communication Tool

Sometimes it is difficult to say what you really want to say to someone when you know you want to set a particular boundary whilst keeping your relationships in a place of love, respect and dignity. There is a great communication tool I use called ‘CRC’. Commend~Recommend~Commend. We all love being acknowledged at the same time as knowing exactly where we stand.
Coaching Tip
More about CRC and how it works. Let’s say you want to let a colleague know that you do not appreciate them being late all the time.
How you frame it using the CRC method is to firstly Commend them on who they are to you inside your relationship and what you most value in them i.e. “I really value the work you are doing which is moving this project along”.
Then you come in with the Recommend i.e. “I have noticed you are late on occasions and I was wondering if there is a problem your end with our scheduling”. Then wait and listen to hear what they have to say…with you following on with an assertive (yet neutral tone) something like…”maybe we can schedule our meeting at a more appropriate time so that it suits both of us, as my preference is that we start at the time we set”.
Then follow on with the Commend i.e. “Once again (use their name), I wanted to let you know how much your valuable input is making a difference to this project”.
The CRC method works in all walks of life as a great communication tool. Give it a try!

Self-Care is the most nurturing and the most effective healing process to living the life you were born to live with mind-body-soul connection. Yes, you have permission to do something nurturing for yourself today, and every other day, so that you can be the best person you can possibly ‘BE’ . It is in who you are BEING that attracts loving relationships, work success, wealth, health and happiness.
Coaching Tip
This conversation would have to be the most challenging for many of my clients because they feel selfish or even guilty about taking time out for themselves each day. The only real time they get to take ‘time out’ is if they book a holiday or if they are forced through illness or by even catching a cold. This is always a signal that you are not living your life in alignment with your truth and possibly trying to compare yourself too much to others and how they are living their life.
It takes so much more energy and strain on your mind-body-soul when acting like you have it all together – so I am giving you full permission today to let go of the person you think you have to be to succeed and begin to BE true to yourself each day. If you continue to follow your own path and trust this by taking flowing consistent actions with inner peace and knowing, then you will definitely create a life of purpose, prosperity, abundance and loving fulfilment in so many ways.

Following Your Inner Guidance

There is an inner whispering voice inside of you that is attempting to guide you every moment of every day. This voice will always be the quietest and most calming whisper to you, especially if you are a very busy person always with an agenda in your mind. Take time out every day to listen to your inner guidance because it is trying to tell you the most easiest, fun and fulfilling action to take for your life and business success.
Coaching Tip
How do you connect with your inner guidance. This is also called gut feelings, intuition, inner vision. The most effective way is to take time out for yourself everyday and slow down your busy mind with simple breathing and relaxation techniques in the form of meditation. This does not need to be a long time sitting in a seat closing your eyes.
There are many ways of meditating; i.e. exercising and being present with your body; open eye candle gazing – looking into the flame of a candle for 5-10 minutes; guided visualisation and imagery cd’s, jump into a warm soothing bath with relaxation music; take 10 deep breaths and focus on the inhalation and exhalation of your breath fully….these are only a few ways of everyday simple forms of relaxation that will help you to connect with your inner guidance each day.

“Keep It Simple” is my motto! What’s yours!!
In other words, how often do you find yourself in the middle of a ‘muddle’ and you just do not know where to start to unravel the situation? Do you go into overwhelm trying to work it all out and yet you keep finding yourself not getting any closer to clarity?
One of the best ways is to become ‘the observer’ of the situation and take a look from the outside in. Just like taking a helicopter view or it’s like being on the sideline of a football match; isn’t it strange how we can see what needs to happen from another angle!
Coaching Tip
I believe in being a ‘player’ in the game of life instead of being the ‘spectator’. And in saying that; it is important at times to take an ‘observers’ view and place yourself outside of the situation so that you can take a look from the outside in; into your life.
By taking this observers view, you will be able to see opportunities inside of challenges, instead of feeling like you are stuck inside it; you will be able to make clearer decisions coming from an intelligence of knowing rather than second guessing yourself with feelings of uncertainty.
Practice taking the helicopter view throughout your day which is a powerful way of reflection to see if you are on course playing the game of your life and setting yourself up for success.
