Today’s Inspiration
It is important to identify the things that you love to do in your life now, so that you can maintain a strong foundation to achieve your vision. If you keep moving forward in life and business; and focus only on achieving your goals, without managing other important things at the same time (such as… important relationships, your health and fitness, time off to rejuvenate your batteries) then you will consistently have the feeling of ‘it’s still not enough’ when you do achieve your goals.
Coaching Tip
Look into your life and ask yourself ‘what brings me joy?’ Another way of asking this is ‘what makes my heart sing?’ I can always tell when I do not do the things that bring me joy during my week, because I start to feel overwhelmed and low in energy. So what I have done to keep on top of this is to create my 10 Energising Weekly Habits list. Make your own list based on what brings you natural energy flow each week and maintain this so that you can have a strong foundation for momentum.

Become aware of your self-talk and begin to catch if what you are telling yourself is supporting you in
this very moment or is it sabotaging your success. What you continually tell yourself will dictate your
actions (both positive and negative) and ultimately giving you the same results in life. So choose wisely and become the CEO of your mind and your life today developing self-assurance for continued success.
Coaching Tip
Never underestimate the power of positive self-talk with the utilisation of daily affirmations. This is what changed my life for the better many years ago; even when I felt I did not believe it. I felt silly saying positive things to myself when my habitual thinking about life was negative with my life being ‘stuck in a rut’ because of my way of thinking. Many of my clients have started listening to their inner self talk and their feedback has been amazing telling me that it has allowed them to feel and act with more self-assurance and confidence. It is changing their lives in so many positive ways. Begin to notice your own self-talk today and become your own best friend.

Ask yourself these questions…”What is my relationship between money and mindset?” What are my beliefs about money that may be holding me back? Every time you feel yourself stuck and wanting to move forward; always link something from your past that you were proud of accomplishing. To do this you need to recall in your body and your mind the way you felt when moving forward and what type of person you became to accomplish this. Bring those feelings into your present moment and practice being that type of person inside your current situation. Remember your sub-conscious does not know the difference between past, present and future; in other words ‘what you tell yourself often enough with emotive feelings, will always affect your results in life.

Have you ever heard about someone becoming a millionaire by winning Lotto, only to find that within a couple of years they are back to the same financial position they were in before winning? You may also have heard of a millionaire who went into bankruptcy and lost the lot, yet became a millionaire again within a few short years. What’s the difference between these two people? The difference is purely that one has a poverty consciousness and one has a prosperity consciousness. Which money consciousness do you currently live in?
Begin today to become aware of your money mindset and recreate any negative beliefs with positive affirmative statements and take new actions that will support your life vision.
