You can always tell how your future will show up by observing what your predominant thoughts and emotive feelings are when thinking about any area of your life. When you connect with your most joyful feelings and valued thoughts with every cell in your body, you will feel as though you are living your heart’s vision right here and now.
Coaching Tip
Most people are unconsciously moving through life with much stress wondering why they are not achieving their desired results with fulfillment in life. If you want better relationships, then you need to focus on what it would feel like and look like to have your desired relationships in your life right now. Yes, you need to become that person yourself. Acknowledge all those relationships you already have in your life and check in to see if you are having the kind of relationship you desire within yourself.
This same process works with every other area of your desired lifestyle i.e. business success, money and attracting more, creating a healthy and fit body, your ideal career, attracting ideal staff members etc.

Exercise Does NOT Need to be a Struggle!

How often do you find yourself wanting to exercise out in the fresh air because you know that you always feel good afterwards, yet you struggle to get yourself out the door. The secret is to feel the memory of those good feelings you know you get when moving your body in ways you thoroughly enjoy (key word here!) – before you get out the door.
Coaching Tip
With my background as a metaphysical wholistic personal trainer this would have to be one of the most powerful methods that I use in helping myself and many others to get themselves naturally inspired to exercise. So many of us think that exercise means hard work and I would like to help you to blow that myth out of the water. When you choose what you enjoy doing and change your mindset from ‘exercise’ to ‘enjoyable body movement’, then you will automatically think of things you enjoy participating in. Notice your beliefs about exercise and stop putting yourself through the struggle by choosing a lifestyle of enjoyable body movements on a daily basis. Go easy on yourself and begin today to move your body in ways you enjoy.

Following Your Intuitive Vision

When you follow your intuitive vision each day, it is then that you will live your life with more flow knowing that you are listening and taking actions according to your real self; not that part of you who tells you what you should be doing to get ahead in life.
Coaching Tip
Your intuitive vision is made up of those nudges that keep cropping up for you in ways of senses and deeper feelings of knowing. Those hunches, words and images of real desires telling you to do something different or bringing something new into your life or even the desire of changing old habits that do not support your journey today. The main part of this is to listen to that part of you who knows that there is more to you and your life and you just know it is time to start being that person.
Begin today with those things you know you can do differently and take action trusting your own intuitive vision; even if you cannot see all the steps in front of you, just begin to take small steps each day and you will begin to see changes of you actually living your intuitive vision.

What Are You Focussing On Today?

Attracting what you want in life means focusing on what your heart desires with a body-mind-soul connection. Stop reacting to outside circumstances and begin to create your life by getting really clear on what your focus is on each day. Make sure that you body is in alignment with what you want to attract, otherwise it will feel like a distant dream.
Coaching Tip
Most people focus on what they want from a head level alone. This is only a very small part of vision attraction. The higher percentage of focus needs to be at a heart and soul level by feeling with every cell in your being what it would be like if you already had the very thing you desire in your life. Unless you get into alignment with those feelings first – the actions you take towards achieving this will be challenging and you will notice more road blocks. Practice creative visualization each day even if only for 2 mins using the body-mind-soul connection before stepping into your day. You will receive more flow in your life.

Is This Year Already Feeling NO Different?

Never underestimate the power of de-cluttering! When your environment is clear of clutter, you will
notice a feeling of expansion which will give you more clarity, more space and amazingly more time to get things done without the added stresses on your body and your mind. It is an experiential reward, which will only occur once you have taken the action. Go ahead and make your year!
Coaching Tip
It is so easy to get caught up in the busy routine of the day with each year slipping by and finding you have still not got around to cleaning out the stuff that is filling up and taking over your environment (and your time). This will stifle you from clearly stepping into the new year which will contribute to you feeling like it is the ‘same old stuff…new year’. Set yourself up to succeed this year and give yourself a good head start by putting some time aside to clear out all the physical stuff that you do not need, use or want. This includes your home, your office, your computer, your car, your finances, your filing cabinet etc. etc. Start with the simple things first and let me know how you go.
